Australia - Write the World notebooks are available for delivery in Australia via Australia Post. Australia Post’s standard delivery times apply to all deliveries. Delivery is $4.00 for one notebook, plus an additional $1.50 for each notebook after that.
International – we are currently trialling international delivery via Australia Post. Delivery is A$5.00 for one notebook, plus A$3.50 for each notebook after that. Please be aware that COVID-19 has made international delivery slower then normal in some circumstances.
Local delivery – we offer free local delivery for orders in our home suburb of Newport (3015) and work (you office folk know who you are). For these orders please pay via the Australian delivery option and we will refund your postage charge when we deliver your books (for free!).
Handling and dispatch times - as 100% of our purchase price is donated to The Life You Can Save, we manage the packing and distribution of notebooks in our spare time. Think of me trying to convince my teenage kids to help me pack notebooks every evening! We endeavour to get orders to the post office at least twice a week - then it is in the hands of Australia Post. Please drop us an email if you need urgent delivery and we will arrange an Express Post delivery for you.
Payments - our online payment system is administered by Stripe. Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
